Interesting, I had not heard of the Google + Social Media before, I will have to check it out. I've avoided Twitter, thinking that I'm not important to be "followed" by anyone, still not sure it would have any benefit for me, but all knowledge is good knowledge, so thank you for this very informative post.

Love this. You did a wonderful job explaining what the consumer gets for their money. That should be your slogan, "We can't compete with their prices but they can't compete with our quality or service!"

When I decided that my old shed had to go, I priced prefab sheds from every source imaginable. Gee, what is the best price for a horrible shed? What could be the value of a structure that I stick in my beautiful back garden & makes my garden ugly?

Deciding that I was not willing to toss 7 years of gardening down the sewer, I got quotes from my carpenter, painter, roofer, etc., to build a beautiful shed that would enhance my garden. I also had to factor in the time that I would expend to coordinate these trades. Whew! It was real money! Just the carpentry was costlier than Historic Shed charges for the whole structure!

The choice was easy. Historic Shed could give me what I wanted. I figured I'd be looking at this shed for the next 20 years, so it had better please me every time I would see it. I would get more for my money, with less hassle than paying individual tradespeople, so I went with Historic Shed.

The choice was correct. I often just poke my head out the door & admire my shed. It is a star feature when I give guests the grand tour. Oh yeah, it holds my stuff & keeps it organized & protected.
