What is the average square footage of the dog trot? I live in Marion county and want to build a guest house , but it has to be at least 500sf. Thanks

  The dogtrot as currently designed (it can be modified to suit your needs) has 672 sf of interior living space, plus 240 sf porch between the units. The optional front porch adds 144 sf. It would definitely meet the minimum square footage requirements.

I need more info on Dog Trot houses. Styles, floor plans, what is included, what is not and prices,etc

  At present, we are only able to provide building shells which look finished on the exterior, but have only bare studs on the inside, ready for electrical, plumbing and AC rough-ins.
