Foundation Options

  • PT wood deck @16" oc w/ AdvanTech Gold or LP ProStruct floor w/30"anchor tie-downs (standard for sheds)
  • Reinforced concrete slab foundation available for all projects
  • Wood deck on reinforced concrete block piers available for all projects

Wall Construction

  • #2 southern yellow pine wall framing, 2x4 @16" oc
  • PT sill plate
  • Double top plate
  • Hurricane strapping from foundation to roof
  • 8' walls standard
  • BoraCare applied by a registered professional

Siding Options

  • LP SmartSide smooth lap siding over structural sheathing/ vapor barrier (standard)
  • SmartSide panel w/ batten overlay for Board & Batten finish 
  • Wood siding to match your historic home, including pressure treated Patent 105, Dolly Varden

Exterior Trim

  • SmartSide Trim with traditional detailing
  • Cypress accents
  • Various wood vent styles available in gable sheds, all custom built: triangular, rectangular, custom

Roof Construction

  • Engineered trusses in garages - standard
  • Exposed rafter tails w/ eaves up to 24" on Gable and MiMo Sheds
  • Beadboard soffit on hipped sheds with eaves up to 24"
  • Framed for cathedral ceilings in gable sheds
  • 1x6 roof sheathing for Gable Sheds, exterior grade plywood for Hipped Sheds
  • Dimensional asphalt shingles standard
  • 5-V crimp metal panels available as an upgrade

Door Options

  • Cedar batten shed doors w/ heavy duty black hardware standard for sheds
  • Several styles available to complement various architectural styles
  • French doors available as an upgrade in wood or fiberglass (Therma-Tru or ProPlast brands)
  • Mission style doors available
  • Transoms can be added over doors in Gable and some MiMo Sheds

Window Options

  • Jeld-Wen wood windows with Auralast wood, standard
  • Vinyl windows also available a variety of sizes and styles

Paint

  • 2 coats primer and paint applied prior to delivery
  • Unlimited color choices (up to 3 colors per building)
